And like I said, im sure they would refund sales, so theres not really profit in it for them. Other than that, they know as much as you do.īut the company received the complaint and fixed it. The customer service person on the phone is really far away from anyone that can actually make that decision. If you did, and it became free, im sure you could get your money back if you called them.

If the company is well run, then that would have gotten the message for them to fix it, but that customer service person cant help you fix that, oher than recommending you buy it. Ya, because you called some person that their job was to be on the phone that didnt know anything about this gwg thing, or what the company wanted out of it, and werent trained for that.
